My friend Vern introduced me to Momofuku recently and I'd like to say that we're hooked. Combining traditional Korean dishes with a comfort food twist, Momofuku has been one of the top spots in NYC if you can get a seat. She got the chance to visit David Chang's one of many Momofuku sister restaurants in New York City and came back loving it. She recently bought the cook book and this weekend we will be cooking a Momofuku feast. For all the foodies and New Yorkers out there, you probably already know what is anticipated. I will be documenting our dinner prep and show you guys what you missed. Wish us luck. On the menu, the infamous Pork Buns, Bo Ssam and Cornflake Marshmallow Cookies. I'm just hungry thinking about it!
