So, I've visited Nadege Patisserie at Trinity Bellwoods since they opened and I am literally hooked. Think Paris meets minimal white modern. I think I've gained 30lbs from going there. I have nothing but good things to say about their delicious cakes, macaroons, croissants, and coffee. I've almost sampled everything and I will leave you with this cake which just melted in my mouth. I call it the Pretty In Pink cake. It's a fruity moist cake with pink champagne!!!
